Catch 22 are working with an Education provider who is currently on the look out for an Experience Facilities Officer to work in SW1Y

Working hours are between 8am-4pm or 10am-6pm 

This is a 3 months temporary cover (could be extended)

Pay £14 an hour 

Duties include;

Experience in hard and soft services 
Managing contractors on site 
Managing contracts 
Audits and compliance 
PPM'S to be completed 

Must be familiar with the action to be taken in the event of a fire and acquainted with the operation of fire extinguishing equipment.
The Facilities Officer is also responsible for monitoring for signs of damp or other damage, and rodents or other infestations.
Be responsible for opening up and locking up the building on request
Supporting the team 
Sticking to health and safety 
Desired;

Health and Safety (Training provided if not) 
Must come from a Facilities background
