Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage Quantity Surveying services and cost management on high-profile projects within the commercial, retail, residential and leisure sectors

* Provide strategic advice to ensure optimal project outcome

* Collaborate closely with clients to tailor services that meet and exceed their unique project aspirations

* Lead project coordination efforts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to financial parameters

* Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

* Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE)

About You:

* RICS qualified

* Extensive Quantity Surveying experience within a UK consultancy environment is essential

* Exceptional communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
