Key Responsibilities:

* Engaging with our existing customers through various channels to promote our products/services.

* Ordering new equipment and coordinating deliveries.

* Producing customer quotations.

* Demonstrate excellent time management to prioritise customer needs.

* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.

* Utilize IT systems to maintain customer records and track sales activities.

Key Requirements:

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Previous experience within the Commercial Catering Sector.

* Ability to work within a fast-paced office environment.

* Exceptional customer services skills.

* Familiarity with IT systems for maintaining records and generating reports.

* Ability to prioritise tasks
