Our client, a highly respected consultancy in the UK market, is seeking a technically proficient Building Surveyor or Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale bulk and condition surveys across the UK. This role offers an excellent opportunity for career development within a dynamic and growing team, with real potential for progression.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the operational and commercial performance of Survey Services projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Lead and support teams conducting Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), ensuring high standards of accuracy and quality.
Maintain the highest reporting standards and ensure all work is delivered in accordance with contractual requirements.
Build exceptional relationships with key stakeholders and foster client satisfaction through excellent communication and service delivery.
Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical expertise to teams of surveyors, while ensuring ongoing performance improvement and team development.
Ensure rigorous data validation, audit processes, and quality control are applied throughout all projects.
Qualifications:

BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of post-degree experience in residential property surveying.
Strong technical acumen and a deep understanding of building surveying practices.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage and inspire high-performing teams.
Strong commercial awareness, with experience in managing budgets and financial forecasts.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
