The Role

You'll work as a team, collaborating with your fellow recruiters and working with clients as a valued partner to find the industry's best talent. Training and development are not optional extras in our organisation; we will motivate and support you to excel and reach your potential quickly.

Not working on a commission basis means that you will have the freedom to make rewarding placements that really matter without being distracted or disillusioned by the numbers. It's not about hitting targets and cold calling but meeting our clients' requirements and candidates' career aspirations.

The Person

We're seeking a food industry professional with a proactive and consultative approach, who is naturally curious, can handle complexity and has the tenacity to deliver on high profile assignments. Being perceptive, having good judgement and trusting your instincts are just as important as being commercially minded, articulate and an effective communicator.

We are growing and looking for the brightest food industry stars to develop into industry renowned talent finders, so we would love to hear from experienced food professionals as well as ambitious graduates with NPD, Technical or Commercial experience. We would also love to consider Recruiters / Talent Managers / HR professionals who have experience of working within the food sector.
