The Role

As a Baler Operative, your key responsibilities will include:

Operating baling machinery to compress and bundle recyclable materials.

Ensuring materials are processed and stored correctly.

Conducting routine checks and maintenance on baling equipment.

*

Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

*

Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

*

Assisting with general duties in the recycling and waste management process as required.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience working in an industrial, warehouse, or waste management environment (preferred).

The ability to work effectively on night shifts.

A strong awareness of health and safety procedures in an industrial setting.

Working Hours

Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM, Sunday to Thursday
