Part Time Receptionist

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our client based in the Windsor area.

The successful Part Time Receptionist will:

  • Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any visitors to the practice
  • Ensure maintenance of good teamwork with colleagues
  • Processing face to face, telephone and online requests for appointments, visits and consultations
  • Ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate professional
  • Re-stocking of some consulting room supplies as and when required
  • Ensuring records are kept up to date with current information
  • Keeping the reception area and waiting room tidy
  • Taking payments in person and over the phone

The successful Part Time Receptionist will have:

  • Experience using EMIS
  • Good IT skills
  • Efficiency
  • A friendly and personable attitude
  • Happy to manage customer enquiries

Additional Information:

  • Part time role to work the following hours: Monday 1pm - 6.30pm, Wednesday 7.45am - 1.15pm, Thursday 1pm - 6.30pm
  • Temporary position for 6 weeks approx.
