Part Time Receptionist
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join our client based in the Windsor area.
The successful Part Time Receptionist will:
- Ensure an effective and efficient reception service is provided to patients and any visitors to the practice
- Ensure maintenance of good teamwork with colleagues
- Processing face to face, telephone and online requests for appointments, visits and consultations
- Ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate professional
- Re-stocking of some consulting room supplies as and when required
- Ensuring records are kept up to date with current information
- Keeping the reception area and waiting room tidy
- Taking payments in person and over the phone
The successful Part Time Receptionist will have:
- Experience using EMIS
- Good IT skills
- Efficiency
- A friendly and personable attitude
- Happy to manage customer enquiries
Additional Information:
- Part time role to work the following hours: Monday 1pm - 6.30pm, Wednesday 7.45am - 1.15pm, Thursday 1pm - 6.30pm
- Temporary position for 6 weeks approx.
