We are seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for an immediate start, offering a competitive salary and the opportunity for rapid progression. This role is ideal for someone with strong management experience and a solid background in accounts payable, particularly with proficiency in using NetSuite.
Day-to-day of the role: - Oversee the accounts payable team and manage daily operations to ensure efficient processing of transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and financial transactions.
- Implement and enforce financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to verify transaction accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for senior management, highlighting issues and providing solutions.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Manage month-end closing processes and assist with financial audits.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Proven management experience in an accounts payable role.
- Strong knowledge and experience with NetSuite.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling financial data.
