About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Depot Manager with a strong background in generators to take charge of our Crawley depot. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead operations, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the depot, overseeing a skilled team, managing resources, and ensuring smooth and effective operations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily depot operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.

Manage a team of engineers and support staff, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.

Ensure all generator equipment is maintained, serviced, and delivered to a high standard.

Develop and implement strategic plans to improve depot efficiency and profitability.

Drive customer satisfaction, managing key client relationships and service expectations.

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Work closely with senior management to support business growth and operational improvements.

Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a Depot Manager or similar leadership role.

Essential: Strong background in generators and power equipment.

*

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

*

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.

*

Ability to manage budgets and financial performance.

*

Customer-focused with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

*

Full UK driving licence.
