Location: Alconbury, near Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire – easily commutable from Peterborough, Huntingdon, St. Neots, Thrapston, and surrounding areas

Shift Options: Sun, Mon, Thurs, Fri ( 2 days on, 2 days off) 19:15 - 07:15

We are looking for a Line Leader to join our team in Alconbury. In this role, you will support both Production Operatives and Machine Operatives in meeting daily targets, suggest ways to improve line efficiency, and manage administrative duties to drive productivity.

What You’ll Do: 0Production Line Leader – Fixed Nights

• Support the team in meeting daily production targets
• Identify and implement more efficient ways to run the production line
• Complete daily logs, track progress, and handle administrative duties
• Work with the Machine Operative to increase line speed and functionality
• Ensure all team members sign in and out at the start and end of shifts
• Report any discrepancies to your Shift Manager
