We are currently recruiting a Site Manager to oversee the Facade works, in particular curtain walling. This scheme is located in Cambridgeshire and has a duration of 2 years of work.

THIS IS FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!

Site Manager Responsibilities:

• Reporting and working alongside the Project Manager and Contracts Manager.

• Site Supervision and compliance with health and safety

• Keeping site diaries

• Ammending and working to RAMS

• Quality Assurance.

• Managing the labour and putting men to work.

• Providing progress reports

• Overseeing all external facade construction operations.

Site Manager Requirements:

• CSCS

• SMSTS

• First aid

• Strong curtain walling experience

• Experienced in overseeing facade packages

• 10+ years management experience
