Speech and Language Therapist - Neurodivergent Support Team

If you are a highly motivated, enthusiastic and flexible Band 6 Speech and Language Therapist with an interest in working in stroke rehab, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the inpatient team in a hospital in Aylesbury.

The post holder will provide a speech and language therapy service to adults within the Neurodivergent Support Team.

You will need to have at leadt 1 year experience port qualification and a HCPC registration.

Salary: £32/h

What you'll need as a Speech Language Therapist:

Highly specialist knowledge acquired through degree or equivalent qualifications, including further theoretical training and experience to Master's level equivalent in required speciality
Continued Professional Development evidenced by attendance at short specialist postgraduate courses to maintain and develop own specialist knowledge and expertise.
Recognised Speech & Language Therapy Degree Qualification or equivalent (Post Graduate Diploma or MSc in Speech & Language Therapy leading to registration with HCPC)
HCPC Licence to Practice, Registered member of Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists, Membership of relevant CEN
6 months of paid patient facing UK nursing experience from within the past 3 years
Up-to-date clinical best practice knowledge
The right to work in the UK
