Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting a Sales & Procurement Coordinator to join the team.The main purpose of this role is to assist with the smooth operation of the sales and procurement processIn return, our client is offering a salary of up to £35,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday, Christmas shutdown, free parking and a progressive business.
This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 08:30 – 17:00 & Friday 08:30 – 16:30 Reporting to the hiring manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Procurement and sourcing parts
- Liaising and negotiating with suppliers for better pricing and availability
- Raising purchase orders
- Obtaining authorisation prior to order
- Processing of daily purchasing
- Liaising with the Warehouse daily for incoming stock and outgoing stock
- Arranging returns for faulty or incorrect parts delivered
- Processing Sales Orders
The ideal candidate:
- Previous experience within a sales and / or purchasing admin role
- Able to prioritise and multi-task, remaining calm and focused during challenging times
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Well organised and an excellent communicator
