Henderson Brown is very excited to be supporting a renowned Food Manufacturing business located in the East Midlands in search of a unique individual for an exciting position.

A role that will be suitable only to those individuals with a broad set of skills across the HORECA, Retail and International channels.

This may appear to be a unique mix, but it is a unique role!

Our client has a history of supplying an array of fantastic customers through a diverse number of channels and a broad portfolio. If you find it exciting to have options because of this breadth of choice, this could well be of interest.

About the Role

This is a great role that sits within an established team or highly competent individuals. However, you will certainly be steering the agenda across these channels as well as pushing the overall business strategy forward. There is a fantastic array of brands and private-label products on offer and some great whitespace for an established business developer to go after. A great role for a high-performing individual looking for further exposure across multiple markets.

As a result, we are looking more for a diverse array of experience than specifics, however, you will be a first-class commercial manager, with plenty of energy, and enthusiasm, along with the inherent trait of entrepreneurialism.

Responsibilities

Steering the agenda across HORECA, Retail, and International channels.
Pushing the overall business strategy forward for the Commercial.
Developing brands and private-label opportunities across a diverse array of existing and new businesses.
Seeking and Capitalising on business development opportunities in multiple markets.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience operating across a number of these channels with the ability to demonstrate awareness and success in this space.
