You’ll play a key in the day to day BAU work (upgrades, patching, storage allocations, backups) and incident support.Key Responsibilities

• Daily infrastructure checks and responding accordingly
• Storage Provisioning and allocation
• Backup and restore tasks
• Infrastructure Upgrades

Skills required:

• A sound understanding of the principles of resilience and operability in an enterprise storage environment
• A broad understanding of surrounding IT infrastructure: hardware, networking, data
• An aptitude to quickly assimilate and understand complexity under pressure to diagnose and remediate technical issues
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
• Bonus points for experience with VMware, Windows, Rhel, etc. and networking
