Shift: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)

Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Rolling Mill Team Leader to lead and participate in the nightly operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the rolling mill's performance, operating machinery, and troubleshooting issues alongside your team. You will ensure the team meets production goals, adheres to safety protocols, and produces high-quality metal products.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate rolling mill machinery, guiding the team through daily production tasks.

* Supervise and train team members, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to procedures.

* Actively troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues during shifts.

* Ensure quality control standards are met, conducting regular inspections.

* Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety procedures and PPE use.

* Report on production performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

* Proven hands-on experience in rolling mill operations or metal manufacturing.

* Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.

* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly.

* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in an industrial setting.

* Flexibility to work night shifts
