Mechanical Contracts Manager Duties

* Pricing Schedules

* Procurement

* Client Liaison

* Working to Program

* Managing multiple projects and Mechanical Packages

* Running a team of 4 Mechanical Pms

* Co-coordinating with Electrical team.

* Dealing with Clients and Customers

* Technical Reviews

* Look ahead

* Managing site team and sub-contractors

* Implementing health and safety procedures

Our client is paying £65k - £75k + Package
