About the Role: As a Special Needs Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support and guidance to students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) to support students with special needs.
Collaborating with other educators, parents, and external agencies to create a supportive learning environment.
Utilising innovative teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote their academic and personal growth.
Monitoring student progress and adapting teaching methods as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
Contributing to the wider school community through participation in staff meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience working with students with special educational needs.
