Join a Growing Finance Department!Client Accountant - Central London Based 

An exciting opportunity has become available as a Client Accountant! As a part of this prime real estate businesses growing finance team, you will have the chance to contribute to developing new systems to enhance their overall Finance function for residential lettings.

Contract: Full Time | Permanent Salary: £37,000 - £45,000Working Hours: Mon - Fri. 9am - 6pmWork schedule: based on site at their offices in Central LondonKey Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile receivables accurately and timely.
• Provide support with statutory audit and financial record updates.
• Ensure records are maintained and up to date.
• Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable aging analysis reports and accounts' ledgers.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Respond to Accounts Receivable inquiries.
• Assist with month-end and reconciliation procedures, ensuring that all Accounts Receivable transactions are accounted for.

About You: With experience in the Real Estate sector, the ideal candidate will have 3 years’ Accounts Receivable experience and possess the ability to confidently follow processes, with the aptitude to support the design and implementation of new processes as their team expands.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate industry in Client Accounting.
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Relevant professional certification (AAT, ACCA).
• Ability to manage and prioritise workloads.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Right to work in the UK
