Permanent Recruitment Team Leader
Location: Edgbaston Village, Hagley Road
Salary: Negotiable based on experience + Commission (individual and team)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 5:30 pm

This role is ideal for someone already in a leadership position or an experienced recruiter ready to step into team management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, lead, and develop a team of resourcers and trainee consultants.
* Be the primary sales point for all permanent recruitment, both inbound and outbound.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for client needs.
* Proactively develop new client relationships and drive sales growth.
* Balance sales and service excellence, ensuring both team and individual targets are achieved.
* Support and guide team members in their professional development and performance.
