This role will help us to do this by carrying out an effective estate management service across a defined area of Irwell Valley Homes assets. You will undertake estate management and environmental activity, carrying out directed planned preventative maintenance.

In this role, you will be responsible for:


· Undertake activities ensuring that neighbourhoods/estates are maintained to an exceptionally high environmental standard


· Carry out landscaping, gardening, horticultural and arboriculture work where necessary in line with relevant specification and standards


· Undertaking planned preventative maintenance work as required


· Complying with the health and safety requirements when undertaking functions of the role


· Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers

We need people who are:


· Able to provide customer service skills effectively in all areas of work


· Excellent communicators


· Experience of landscape maintenance, clearance of fly-tipping and cleaning of hard surfaces


· Full valid driving license.
