The One Group are recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join a huge name within the Peterborough area on a full time, permanent basis. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pmResponsibilities:

• Validation of PO and Non PO Invoices
• Managing invoice rejections, liaising with suppliers and the business accordingly
• Management of key supplier accounts
• Opening Daily Post & management of AP inbox
• Checking of any final demands and reminders received from suppliers
• Input payment requests

Requirements:

• 2 years experience in an accounts payable position
• Experience of high volumes of invoices
