Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a warm welcome and ensuring their needs are understood.

Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and effectively communicating service recommendations.

Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance overall satisfaction.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services provided.

Collaborate with technicians to ensure timely updates on service progress and address any concerns.

Facilitate a seamless handover of vehicles and provide detailed explanations of services performed.

Promote additional services and products to enhance the customer experience and support dealership goals.

Skills & Experience Required:

Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes is a plus.

Proficient in using computer systems and software related to service scheduling and customer management.
