As one of the few remaining independent hard rock quarries in England, and one of the largest still family owned. The Role

Ensuring materials are loaded safely and securely and tipping loads as required at delivery points.
Conducting pre vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and reporting any defects. Complying with all driving laws, tachograph regulations, and company policies.
Interacting professionally with clients, site personnel, and colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
Standard hours of work: 

Start between 04:00 - 06:00 utilising EU driving hours.
Skills and Qualifications

Strong understanding of health and safety protocols, including vehicle loading and unloading practices.
Valid Category C (Class 2) Driving Licence
Willingness to work varied shifts and adapt to changing schedules as needed.
Proven track record in operating tipper vehicles is highly desirable.
