We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading ServiceNow Partner, for a ServiceNow Lead Technical Consultant. This role offers the chance to lead and deliver innovative ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with a talented team to drive transformational change for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring quality and alignment with client requirements.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and design tailored ServiceNow solutions.

* Configure and develop custom applications and workflows on the ServiceNow platform.

* Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical expertise and guidance to both clients and internal teams.

* Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

* Ensure adherence to platform best practices, governance, and standards.

* Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Strong experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or similar role.

* Expertise in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

* Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), customisation, and configuration.

* Knowledge of integration methods (REST/SOAP APIs) and ServiceNow architecture.

* ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or CIS (highly desirable).

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

* Ability to lead projects and manage client expectations effectively.
