Job Description:

A major UK Tier 1 building contractor who are known as a real market leader in their field, delivering new build construction projects in the public, private and regulated sectors.

We are currently recruiting for a QUANTITY SURVEYOR / SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR to deliver a number of exciting new projects in Central Scotland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a real household name in the industry to work on prestigious contracts.

Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying.

* Extensive knowledge of the UK Building industry.

* Demonstrable experience working on £10m+ projects for another Tier 1 building contractor (ideally Education and/or Health projects).

* IT proficient with Microsoft Packages, including Microsoft Excel.
