Based in London, our leading client is looking for a Cluster Revenue Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

This job would suit someone with at least 2-3 years' revenue management experience within the luxury hotel sector, to drive revenue strategy and optimise financial performance, producing the different actions that ensure the best performance.

The successful individual will have revenue management experience within a five-star luxury hotel, with a preference for international chain experience. They must possess a strong character, capable of driving change and influencing key stakeholders. A proven technical skill set, including proficiency in revenue management systems, is essential. Additionally, exceptional presentation and communication skills are required to effectively convey insights and strategies.

Job responsibilities:

• Create and execute strategies to optimise revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor performance to guide pricing strategies.
• Leverage tools like Duetto, Harmony, Opera Cloud, and Power BI to track and forecast revenue.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue objectives are aligned.
• Develop and present impactful reports and presentations to senior leadership.
