SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you a compassionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant with a passion for supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)? Teach Now is seeking a dedicated ASD Specialist to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Havering. This full-time, temporary position is available to start ASAP, offering a competitive daily rate of £85-£100.

About the Role:

As an ASD Specialist SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with children in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2, providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to help them thrive academically and socially. You'll implement effective communication strategies and behavioral management techniques to create a safe and nurturing environment where every child feels valued.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of Autism Spectrum Disorder and a commitment to making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
