We are seeking a Quality Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our products in food manufacturing.

Daily routine activities , consisting of:

* Monitoring food safety controls

* Verification , filing and archiving of paperwork.

* Internal testing program for environmental swabs and finished product

* Document control of factory documents

* Daily taste panels

* Internal audits: GMP, Foreign body etc

* Assisting in non-conformance investigations and customer complaints

Experience:

* Proven experience in quality assurance processes and procedures

* Familiarity with HACCP principles and implementation

* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

* Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
