Due to expansion of our Children's Services Division at Sugarman Health & Wellbeing we are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant within the Education Sector to drive the business forward.

* Location: Watford, WD17

* Salary:£23,000 to £25,000 per year dependant on experience

* Hours: 8am to 5pm

* Office Days: Monday to Friday

* Contract: Permanent

Main Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant

* Phone-based headhunting of Qualified Teachers, ABA Specialists, Speech & Language Therapists

* CV Searching

* Using LinkedIn and other Social Media platforms

* Research & Admin

* Posting Adverts

* Conducting Screening and Interviews

* Compliance Checks

* Achieve individual and team KPI's and Targets

Skills Required for this Recruitment Consultant role:

* Willingness to undertake training

* Resilience with a positive attitude

* Strong communication skills and customer focused as well as maintaining professionalism internally and externally

* Have a Positive Work ethic

* Aware of safe practices within the sector, demonstrating a willingness to gain a fuller understanding of the sector where necessary

* Strong Computer literacy

* Strong team player able to work collaboratively

* A good planner with strong organisation skills

* A good multi-tasker able to prioritise a demanding workload and work towards and within deadlines
