This freelance Design Manager role is within their interiors division that undertakes a wide range of schemes in the private and public sectors including retail, commercial & education fit out & refurbishment projects which will vary in value from £250k - £100m. This specific role is a result of a large contract win with the client seeking an experienced Design Manager to work on a £25m Cat B Office fit out,

The Person

We are looking for a freelance Design Manager with experience working for a main contractor preferably with previous experience of office fit out projects. You must be able to appoint consultants, lead meetings with external design teams ensuring they are delivering the design on time, within budget & at the desired quality.
