We are looking for an experienced Social Worker to join our Children and Families Team in Tewkesbury as an Advanced Practitioner.

The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting or mentoring newly qualified SWs and students as well as acting as the lead in the team on providing training and supporting dissemination of improvements to practice.
Alongside this, there will be some case holding of more complex cases.

We are operating to a hybrid way of working. All staff work in the office to complete visits and to provide a duty service and at home to complete administrative tasks. All children are to be seen face to face unless you have COVID confirmed.

The candidate will be expected to be in the office more in the initial stages of employment to help build the team cohesion and feeling of stability. The candidate will be provided with a laptop and smart phone to assist with this.
