Requirements: - Qualified Registered General Nurse (RGN): Must hold a valid NMC PIN.
- Experience in Dementia Care: Prior experience in dementia or similar care settings is preferred.
- Clinical Proficiency: Skilled in medication administration, health monitoring, and care planning.
- Strong Communication Skills: Capable of interacting compassionately and effectively with residents, families, and the care team.

Key Responsibilities - Provide Personalized Nursing Care: Deliver individualised, high-quality nursing care that supports the unique needs of residents with dementia, promoting both physical and emotional well-being.
- Medication Administration and Clinical Procedures: Safely administer medications and perform essential clinical procedures in line with established care plans.
