Responsibilities:

* Provide immediate emotional support and guidance via a 24/7 helpline.

* Conduct clinical assessments and offer appropriate referrals.

* Complete risk assessments and adhere to BACP ethical guidelines.

* Document information accurately and maintain records in the company database.

* Handle a variety of issues, including distressed or at-risk individuals.

* Participate in ongoing training to enhance counselling skills.

* Maintain an active caseload of video counselling clients.

Requirements:

* Minimum of a level 4 diploma in counselling and counselling experience.

* BACP registered member.

* Excellent communication and customer service skills.

* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

* Motivation to meet deadlines and targets.

* High computer literacy and experience with telephony and CRM systems.
