Are you an experienced Production Operative looking for a new opportunity? We have a vacancy with an industry leading manufacturer at their site based in Congleton.

You'll be at the heart of the production process, helping to prepare materials, manage changeovers, and support a team that values quality and efficiency.

What's on offer?

* £12.17 - £13.50 per hour

* Weekday rotating shift pattern (average 36 hours)

* 12 hour shifts

* 1 week off every 5 weeks

* No weekend work

* 15 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

* Death in service (4 x annual salary)

* Christmas shutdown from 19th

What will you be doing as a Production Operative?

* Providing general support to the production team to maintain efficient workflow

* Preparing and maintaining cylinders to ensure they're ready for production

* Cleaning buckets and ensuring all materials are properly prepared for use

* Assisting with changeover processes to keep production running seamlessly

What do you need?

* Previous experience in a similar role

* Previous experience in a fast-paced production environment

* A committed and driven approach to tasks

* The ability to work well in a team
