Position: Structural Steelwork Supervisor
Location: Currently based in Maltby, but will involve nationwide travel
Rate: Negotiable
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
As a Structural Steelwork Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate structural steelwork projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage site activities effectively and ensure safety and quality throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate structural steelwork projects
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
* Manage and lead site teams, providing direction and support
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
* Conduct site inspections and resolve any issues promptly
* Maintain detailed records and reports of site activities
Requirements:
* Must have a Gold CSCS Supervisor card
* Crane Supervisor certification is essential
* Extensive experience in structural steelwork
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work nationwide and manage travel as required
* Highly organised with excellent problem-solving abilities
