HR Assistant

Job Description:
Our client is seeking an HR administrator to join their team on a permanent full time basis. The HR Assistant will work alongside the HR manager to support the team.
Key responsibilities:
- You'll assist with the recruitment process, helping to identify and attract top talent.
- Manage the onboarding process.
- Manage the employee benefits program.
- Maintain HR records, handling day-to-day HR tasks, be the go-to person for all things HR-related.
- Be a learning and development champion working closely with employees to establish development plans, research training opportunities, and keep the skills matrices up to date.
- Be a team liaison, the bridge between employees and the HR department, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met.
- Assist with organising company events and team-building activities.
- Be competent in HR laws and regulations, ensuring the company is always in compliance.
- Compile and analyse HR data, providing insights that drive strategic decisions.
Key skills and experience:
- Competent with HR software and systems.
- Have a Passion for HR.
- Strong organisational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication skills
