The company: A well-established FMCG company who design, develop and sell speciality products to markets worldwide

Main duties: Provide support to the German sales team as well as be the first point of contact providing outstanding customer service

The role:- Respond to enquiries via phone and email - Order processing for customers as well as the sales team- Be responsible for arranging the transport and delivery of orders- Ensure all data is captured accurately- Reporting as needed- Administrative duties as needed

The candidate:- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential- Customer service / administrative experience beneficial- Excellent communication skills- Ability to work under pressure with a high attention to detail- Confident, good attitude, courteous

The salary: up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience
