• Preparation and presentation of monthly management accounts
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis
• Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with all financial regulations
• Collaborating with senior management on budgeting and financial planning
• Identifying cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements
• Providing financial advice and guidance to the company's managers and executives
• Implementing the latest procedures and process improvements in the finance department

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have:

• A professional accounting qualification - CIMA, ACA, ACCA, QBE
• Strong financial and business awareness
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A high level of IT literacy, including advanced Excel skills
• Experience in a similar role within the Business Services industry
