Job Overview:

This role will involve all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Oversee void rooms and units to prepare for new occupier

· Oversee maintenance of common part areas

· Painting

· Basic Plumbing

· Basic carpentry including door hanging (Essential)

· Lock changing (Essential)

· Gardening including fencing

· Bathrooms and kitchen repairs

· Furniture / Rubbish removals

· Cleaning (desirable)

· Problem solving

Knowledge:

Essential:

· Basic knowledge of electrics

· Previous experience as a maintenance operative in multisite

Desirable:

· Basic knowledge of gas boilers & electric heating systems
