Building Services Engineer - Electrical or Mechanical

Salary - £46,349 + 10% Bonus

Due to a recently won retender we're recruiting for one of the largest FM companies who are looking for a Building Services Engineer to work out of one of most recognizable retail outlets in Stratford as well as maintain a further 5 buildings.

This role is mostly DAYS ONLY however there will be an expectation to cover a nights shift on a as/when basis. Any travel carried out outside of your daily commute will be covered with the main site in Stratford, Greater London.

Experience/Qualifications required for a Building Services Engineer:

* 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (if Electrical)

* C&G Level 2/3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation (if Electrical)

* C&G Level 2/3 in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing (if Mechanical)
