Key Responsibilities

Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment, seeking opportunities to enhance effectiveness.
Provide rapid reactive breakdown repairs to ensure uninterrupted production.
Oversee maintenance activities across shifts and collaborate with team leaders to prioritise tasks.
Assist in installing and validating new production equipment, ensuring smooth handover to operations.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including 5S activities.
Practical knowledge of PLCs, Servo drives and invertersThe role offers development and training opportunities and potential for career progression within the Company. The Company also offers a competitive salary of £45,572 per annum with a rotating shift pattern.
