A growing and well-established Facilities Management provider to the built environment are looking to recruit a Maintenance Engineer to support a number of maintenance works across multiple commercial sites throughout Edinburgh on a full-time permanent basis.

Engineers will have the chance to gain valuable qualifications such as Electrical certifications, Commercial Gas certifications, and F-Gas 2079 through time.
Employed in a mobile position covering Edinburgh, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
* Maintenance, reactive tasks and PPM's
* Monthly, quarterly and annual statutory compliance tasks including tap temperature checks, emergency lighting tests, fire alarm tests, air handling unit maintenance etc.
* Changing belts, filters, pumps etc.
* Cover a portfolio of contracted buildings maintaining various systems
* Participate in the companies on-call rota to provide their customers with full out of hours cover
Essential requirements:
* Experienced and skilled in carrying out Facilities Maintenance in a commercial environment
* Understanding of mechanical/electrical and/or HVAC systems
* Good problem-solving skills
* Able to demonstrate a strong focus on customer care combined with excellent communication skills
* Full UK Drivers Licence
