My client specialises in delivering bespoke components which are sold into the medical and avionics sectors.

As a Contract Quality Engineer you will be responsible for all aspects of quality including, product, project and supplier. You will assist and support the business in implementing and improving new processes.

Main Responsibilities for the Contract Quality Engineer job:

* Assist in implementation and documenting of systems required for the correct functioning and continuous improvement of quality and environmental management systems.

* Conduct internal audits to ISO9001 and ISO14001 requirements.

Skills / Experience required for this Contract Quality Engineer job:

* Proven experience in a Quality Engineer role

* Must have experience in ISO9001 or ISO 14001

* Hands on approach to quality issues and problems.

* Experience in internal auditing would be desirable
