Description
As an Administrator your responsibilities will include:
- Provide broad administrative and secretarial support to the team
- Manage and organise team schedules and appointments
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Uphold the organisation's confidentiality and data protection policies
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team's operations
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- Relevant qualifications in administration or related fields
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a team
