What are we looking for?

- A reliable and trustworthy Mobile Parking Patrol Officer, to work in Manchester & its surrounding areas

- 40 hours per week, spread out over any 5 days of the week (will include some weekend working)

- A qualified driver who must be able to meet the Highway Code eyesight test requirements. Candidates must be able to read a vehicle number plate from a distance of 20 metres (65 feet) in good daylight, as stipulated by UK legislation. This is to ensure that all our drivers can perform their duties safely and in compliance with legal standards.

What will we expect in return?

• Maintain the company vison, values, and goals.
• Maintaining and managing the local route planning system.
• Issue Parking Charges as and when required, in line with the contraventions set out in the terms and conditions signage within the car park.
• Completing first line maintenance of all parking equipment and report any faults to the Line Manager. (Full training given).
• Restock machines with tickets through the replenishment of consumables.
• Patrol and monitor car parks, ensuring the car parks are always tidy and clean.
• Provide excellent customer services and assist customers as and when required.
• Developing relationships and communication with onsite clients.
• Maintain a professional image when dealing with third parties.
• Carry out duties in line with company health and safety policies and follow safe working practices.
• Carry out any other tasks and instructions as and when required.
• Management of abuse of parking facilities through the reporting of all anti-social behaviour to the Line Manager.
• Support the management team in reaching the company goals and key performance.
