Halliday Marx have partnered with a Real Estate firm based in the City to hire an Interim AP Manager for 12 months.

Hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home)

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of AP process
• Day to day management of 6 people
• Be able to work effectively with all other areas of the business
• Multi currency bank reconciliations
• Be the key contact for your suppliers and key contacts within the business
• Authorising and taking control of the payment runs
• Collaborating with departments to resolve invoice discrepancies and to complete bank reconciliations
• Maintain accurate aged payables ledger
• Management of the AP inbox

Requirements:

• You must be available to start ASAP
• SAP experience is essential
• Management of teams is essential
• Over 5 years experience as an Accounts Payable Manager is essential
• Real Estate experience is desirable but not essential
