Streamline Services are currently recruiting on behalf of our client who is seeking a dedicated Transport Operations Supervisor for their Grays site. You will be responsible for overseeing the transport operation, ensuring that client SLA's are met according to customer requirements and planned/ executed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the sub-contractor fleet's performance and address any issues with relevant companies.

* Provide a daily operations sheet to the planners, confirming holidays, sickness, rest days, and vehicle availability.

* Respond to customer inquiries, provide quotations, and keep customers informed about delivery progress.

* Approve hours/costings for drivers & subcontractors.

* Ensure transport is planned cost-effectively by reviewing routes and suppliers.

* Ensure drivers comply with legal requirements

Monday - Friday

Flexible hrs ( 40 hrs per week )

£35-38k salary.
