LTF Recruitment is looking for a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Acock's Green. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about supporting SEN pupils and nurturing an inclusive learning environment. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting the classroom and working alongside students and teachers to help raise academic standards. This long-term position comes with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individual and group support to SEN students, helping them engage in lessons and encouraging their personal growth.
Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to the unique needs of SEN students.
Work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive classroom that builds both academic and social development.
Monitor student progress, manage challenging behaviours, and communicate regular feedback to staff and parents.
Support the teacher by leading small group activities and contributing to a well-organised, positive classroom environment.Requirements:

Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification or relevant degree.
Experience working with SEN pupils.
Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
