You will be processing invoices, resolving queries, reconciling statements and preparing payment runs. You will also be processing subcontractor payment runs, issuing payment certificates and verifying new subcontractors under CIS processes. Training and support will be given as you grow with the role and the team.What you'll need to succeedWith current office-based experience, you will ideally have some experience of accounts payable processing, although training will be provided. You will possess a can-do attitude with a basic understanding of accounting, along with good IT skills, including Excel. With excellent communication skills, in order to liaise both with internal and external contacts, you will be a team player in assisting with any other duties and working collaboratively with colleagues.What you'll get in returnYou will be working in the office every day, but after probation there may be an opportunity to work one day from home.
